Igniting Authenticity, Inspiring Whole-Person Success
I have been attending this conference for over 20 years, and this is the best keynote we’ve ever had.

The truth is, we all want our lives and the lives of the people we love to be free of hardship and troubling events. Unfortunately, we can never make that happen. We also want our lives, and the lives of the people we love, to be filled with the emotion skills that lead to healthy relationships, a deeper sense of purpose and the courage to get back up and try again. We can make that happen and I’m here to help.
“ We had Caleb at St. Francis High School for our annual Wellness Assembly. Caleb was the right person, with the right story, for our all-boys school. He modeled authenticity and vulnerability and kept our students captivated for a straight 50 minutes (which is no easy feat). He also met separately with a group of student leaders, and we had multiple students stay after the allotted time to continue to ask questions. I had many students, teachers, and parents share compliments of Caleb and one teacher gave this feedback, “Very often I am aware that these assemblies are for the boys; however, today was the rare occasion that I got what I needed and didn't even know I needed.” This embodies the essence of Caleb’s impact. I would highly recommend having Caleb as a speaker and definitely look forward to having him again!”
— Tim Bell, St. Francis High School, California
Caleb’s message isn’t another school assembly or professional development day. It’s a transformative experience that ignites lasting change.
Caleb's message empowers individuals to not only achieve academically but also grow personally, equipping them with the inner strength needed to navigate both school and life with resilience and confidence.
This isn’t just about temporary inspiration—it’s about creating sustainable change that leaves a lasting impact on the hearts and minds of everyone involved.
This isn’t just about becoming better leaders, it’s about becoming better people.
“We enjoyed having Caleb on our campus to speak to various constituent groups about mental health, vulnerability, and authenticity. His ability to center his talk on redefining strength but also differentiate the message based on the group in front of him, made his visit valuable and memorable. His themes of owning our challenges and sharing our stories suggests there is a way out of individual suffering by realizing we are never alone on our journey. We highly recommend Caleb.”

What Students Are Saying
For a while, I saved the hundreds of messages students would send me via Instagram after our time together. Here’s what a few had to say.
