As a West Point graduate, Army Officer, and NFL Linebacker, Caleb has always had an inner drive to make something of myself—not just to reach expectations but to surpass them.

But despite his relentless work ethic, the uncertainty, expectations and pressure that he faced left him feeling outstretched and with limited capacity—taking a toll on his performance, morale, and his mental health.

Caleb shares this in common with many of the leaders and teams he works with today.

They, too, are navigating a world that refuses to slow down, often running on empty while trying to meet relentless demands.
